Performing right-to-work checks, DBS check, helping with university cards, probations, leave management, visa applications and Certificates of Sponsorship, and invitation letters. Processing monthly payroll, timesheets for casual employees, special tuition and overtimes. ensuring that HR and recruitment rules and procedures are implemented and that employees have a full understanding of the policies they have to comply with.
