My DPhil project is a study of mobility - movement and migration - in, around, and across the Adriatic from the Etruscan colonisation over the Apennines in the 6th century up to the extension of Roman power to Illyria and the Greek world. I also have a keen interest in numismatics (particularly Hellenistic), having written my MSt thesis on imitative royal coinage in the Hellenistic period, and I am currently Secretary of Oxford University Numismatic Society.
