My thesis examines the developments of Thessalian sanctuary spaces in the 8th to 5th centuries BCE, particularly within the contexts of the social, political, and visual landscapes of the region and wider Greece. Generally, my interests are in the Sub-Mycenaean through Archaic periods of Greece and the emergence of the religious and political institutions that will later characterize ancient Greek culture. I have a passion for ceramics, water management, and network theory, and consider myself, first and foremost, a landscape archaeologist
