My main research and academic interests centre on the visual culture of the Greek world, and in particular Hellenistic sculptures, Greek religious architecture, and how Greek mythology is portrayed on red-figure vases. I'm deeply fascinated by how ancient material culture, from grand temples to finely painted ceramics, reflects the shifting and combining beliefs, identities, and artistic expressions of the ancient Greek world.
