We are delighted to welcome 19 new undergraduates who are currently on the Classics Bridging Course. The Classics Bridging Course has been successfully welcoming students since 2018, and this year is running in collaboration with the Opportunity Oxford Programme for the first time.
Both courses are designed to help high-achieving students from under-represented backgrounds get off to a flying start before their first term at university. The fortnight includes enjoyable and challenging academic activities as well as the chance to get to know other students and begin exploring Oxford. It is also an opportunity to practice new COVID-19 safety measures that allow academic and social activity to take place as safely as possible.
