Pindar, Greek Lyric poetry, Hellenistic poetry, ancient scholarship.

Research Interests:

My current research, supported by the Leverhulme Foundation, focuses on anachronism, temporal dissonance, and the representation of time in ancient Greek literature and scholarship. I am also writing a book about the construction of readerly experience in Hellenistic poetry.
