The Tibereion of Pergamum
As of early August 1993, the Temple of Tiberius on the acropolis was undergoing extensive restoration and reconstruction. The view from this angle does not bring out the prominent position of the temple platform, which had been extended out from the hillside on a vaulted substructure.
