Association of Classical Teachers
- JACT is a registered charity that aims to improve and maintain the
quality of the teaching of classics. They run inset days, summer
schools and provide a wide range of teaching resources.

- The main aims of this association are to provide refresher/inset days
each March, a summer school and a range of teaching resources for loan
or hire. The website also has a very useful 'links' guide to online

Project
- This is a digital library that provides a wide range of source material;
ancient texts with translations, images and a very useful links section.

- This provides a wide range of information about the life, literature,
art and archaeology of the ancient world of Greece & Rome.
VROMA
- This website provides on-line resources for teaching Latin and ancient
Roman culture.
Minimus
- Minimus is a primary Latin course which introduces the Latin language
and culture of Roman Britain via comic strips, stories and myths.
Cambridge
Schools Classics Project
- The Cambridge Schools Classics Project aims to help make the classical
world accessible to as many students as possible. Recent innovations
include the Cambridge Online Latin Project and the Iliad Project, both
specifically devised for new learners.

Classical Association
- This is the largest classical organisation in Great Britain and has
a world wide membership. It aims to unite 'the interests of all
who value the study of the languages, literature and civilisation of
ancient Greece and Rome'.

of Classics
- This is a society for anyone who is interested in the ancient Greeks
and Romans. The website includes an archive of Peter Jones' column
in The Spectator called 'Ancient and Modern'.

The Open University
Open University, the largest university for part-time higher education in the UK, has excellent interactive webpages for Latin and Greek.
