The Ioannou Centre, set in the heart of Oxford, is the perfect venue for conferences and events for up to 100 delegates. St. Giles' is close to hotels, restauraunts, and all transport links.

Flexible rooms

All rooms offer full IT and Audio/Visual support including microphones, with both the Lecture Theatre and the First Floor Seminar Room also offering hearing induction loops for the hard of hearing. The Stelios Ioannou Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.

The Lecture Theatre

The Lecture Theatre is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling-mounted data projectors and double slide projection. The room also has the capability of being divided into two separate seminar rooms if required.

The Outreach Room

Light and airy providing both exhibition and reception space, the Outreach Room has a large plasma screen fitted, and often operates as an “overflow” facility, live-linking to presentations in the Lecture Theatre.

The First Floor Seminar Room

The First Floor Seminar Room is the largest meeting room and is equipped with a ceiling-mounted data projector and whiteboard.

The Second Floor Seminar Room

In the oldest part of the building the Second Floor Seminar Room overlooks the Atrium and offers whiteboard and ceiling-mounted data projector.

The Basement Seminar Rooms

Two further seminar rooms are available at lower floor level, both with ceiling-mounted data projectors.

Hospitality

Hot and cold drinks, and lunches can be provided for daytime conferences and seminars in the Common Room, whilst for early evening events, the Atrium offers a smart and spacious area for mingling with a glass of wine.
